What do you think?

Do you think that the risk of bias domains (sequence generation, allocation concealment, blinding of participants and personnel, blinding of outcome assessment, missing outcome data, selective outcome reporting, and other sources of bias) capture the important elements in the design and conduct of RCTs? What would help you design and conduct methodologically rigorous trials?

Do you have questions about, or solutions to, some common challenges? For example, blinding in surgical trials?
